of Events / Announcements
 Oklahoma Art Guild Social events include:
member participation contests, seasonal social parties and get-acquainted
events.
Meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at City Arts
Center, 3000 Pershing Blvd., State Fair Grounds. Programs at these
meetings include: demonstrations, critiques and lectures by well known
local and national artists.

Crash Course in Design
Regina Murphy will lead us in a "Crash Course in Design"
Her years of experience and collection of knowledge will help you produce better works. Please join us as she answers these 4 questions:
1. What Makes a Good Painting?
2. Do you know why one landscape, still life or portrait is better than many others?
3. Do you know how to judge your own work?
4. What are the secrets of good design?

Tuesdays
- Figure Drawing
7:00 to 9:00pm
Figure drawing sessions with unclothed models are provided free for members each Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the City Arts Center (unless otherwise noted in the newsletter). Except for the second Tuesday each month, no guests are allowed and members must be over 18. The second Tuesday of each month will be a clothed model and the session will be open to all members and guests.

OAG Memorial Fund
OAG members are encouraged to
submit donations and information for the OAG Memorial Fund. The Memorial
Fund awards are made at the OAG Fall Members’ Show. The awards
go to encourage artists of the future who have entered the OAG Fall
Show.
